1. Can I book a tour with you and pay upon arrival?
We do not accept cash on tour. All tours must be booked and paid in advance.
2. Do you provide free airport transfers?
We do not provide free airport transfer, but we can offer airport transfer service. Our driver will show the sign with your name and meet you upon arrival.
3. Can I cancel The Tour?
You must cancel at least 24 Hours prior to the tour date and we offer a 50% Refund of the monies paid, If you cancel within 24 Hours prior to departure 100% cancellation fee
4. Can I change the Date of Tour?
Yes you can change the date of tour 24 Hours before departure Subject to availability Free of Charge, Within 24 hours of departure cancellation charges will apply.
5. What if the weather is really bad when I get picked up for the tour?
It is only the tour operator that can cancel a tour before it starts due to weather conditions.. The weather in Phuket often changes rapidly. The weather can be very bad at one instance and change to perfect sunshine soon thereafter. A tour is never cancelled due to rain, only due to too high waves for safety reasons. If you choose to not go on a tour due to the weather you will loose the tour with no refund.
6. What happens if the tour is cancelled by the tour operator?
You will be notified prior to the tour and offered the tour on another day or you will get a full refund.
7. How will I be picked up?
An Air conditioned minibus will come to your hotel and the driver will look for you in the reception area should you not be able to locate him please contact the reception staff at your hotel and ask the reception staff to contact this number +66 (0)93 327 3615 after the tour you will be returned to your hotel.
8. Are you a licensed company?
Yes. We are officially licensed by Thailand Tourism Authority (TAT License Number 34/ 02304 )
9. Are there additional charges for using a credit card to pay?
No there are no additional charges for using a credit card.
10. What´s the language the tour guide would speak with the tourist?
The tour guide is English speaking guide.
11. No Show
If the customer is not present for pick-up at the place and time specified on the tour voucher, no refund is applicable no matter the reason and any claims need to be submitted by the customer to the customer´s travel insurance company.
12. What if I cannot print or forget to bring the tour voucher to the tour?
That is not a problem but the tour operator would like to have the tour voucher to facilitate their administration. You can show the voucher on your smartphone.
13. Do you offer discount if I buy several tours with you?
No, we only provide discount or privileges from time to time on the promotional page. Please check on the website.
14. Can I book a tour if I do not have a PayPal account?
Yes, PayPal offer the option of paying directly by credit card.
15. What is the latest time I can book a tour?
Our online booking closes at 18.00 the day before the tour date. We cannot process bookings after that time.
16. Can I be picked up from a private accommodation?
No, addresses cannot be found in Phuket why we only pick up from hotels or guesthouses. If you stay in a private accommodation you need to find a hotel near you where you can wait in the lobby for the pick-up.
17. How many people will be on the speedboat tour?
All speedboats in Phuket are of the same type. The only difference is the size of the speedboats. Most speedboats take around 25-50 people and the tour operator will chose the size of the speedboat depending on how many customers they have on a particular day.
18. What if I prefer vegetarian or halal food?
All tour operators offer vegetarian choices. Just enter in the information box on the shopping cart page that you want vegetarian food and we will book that for you. Halal food is served on all tours.
19. What if I cannot print or forget to bring the tour voucher to the tour?

20. Do you pick up from the airport for tours?
No, we do not pick up from the airport for tours since there are two different terminals, flights may be delayed and the check-out process from the airport may take a long time.
21. Can I drive to the meeting point for the tour using my own transportation?
Yes, but we do not allow own transportation for the following tours due to the difficulty of finding the meeting place.
22. How can I find your office?
We only sell tours online why we do not have a walk-in office for customers.
23. How will I get booking and payment confirmation?
You will receive Information about the booked service and the information about payment (payment link, payment confirmation, payment cancellation) by the email which you have indicated in the booking form.
24. Can I book in advance?
You can book any service in advance within 30 days. The latest time for booking:
